I love collage and have since I was a boy. I still have cassette tapes and recently made a mix tape. The sense of dis-juncture in history, or at least how my collection of tapes represents a particular slice of my history came through. So I appreciated your artist statement with these compositions.
A friend runs a Peace Tile project. The international exchange aspect of it is cool. Recently he did a workshop with MIT D-Lab students. None had heard of Robert Rauschenberg. That surprised me. I wondered if any had heard of Romare Bearden. More to the point wondering if you know Bearden. If not do a search his work is quite profound.
