I'm happy to read John Robb, but I must admit it's hard for me to see through his eyes. Terrifying.
Surely the top brass at the Pentagon are hearing assessments like this, probably even making them. But the knot which is US politics right now is tough to untangle. I despair that our forces will be caught as Robb predicts and what's worse anticipating it and watching it play out in slow-moition helpless to make any difference.
