This past Saturday the son-in-law of one of my friends was here for a while. My other friend thought it would be a good idea to use the opportunity to convince him to vote for Obama (the Pennsylvania primary election is soon). To our surprise he's a McCain supporter. His reasoning spun my head around, but his conviction of the morality of his support for the war in Iraq was sincere.<BR/><BR/>My jaw dropped when he asked: "How would you feel if Russia came in and bombed the shit out of America; and just left?" I didn't come up with a comeback except to repeat what he'd said so he'd realize how queer it sounded.
